Looking for a possible marriage for William James Bird born 1891, mother Mary Favel.
Believe wife is Cecilia Kipling, born 1901, mother Jessie Parrisien.

The Manitoba Vital Stats historical database has a marriage for William J. Bird and Cecilia Kipling on 12 Feb 1919 in St. Clements.

Not sure whom the William age 69 is. I believe our William was born in 1891 and as you pointed out married in 1919. there fore he would only be 38 in 1929. I could have his birth year wrong.

There is a death for a William Bird who died on 25 Feb 1943 at what was then called Fort Alexander Reserve (now called Sagkeeng First Nation) at the age of 51 making him the correct age.
