Patrick Collins born Cork 1850

Good Morning,

Not sure if anyone can help,i am trying to trace any more information on Patrick Collins ancestors

Patrick Collins born 1850 in cork and married Catherine Handy born 1850 Carrigaline.

In 1871 english census Patrick was living with his sister in London ,he then married catherine in cork in 1872. Their 1st child Mary was born in Cork but then they moved over to London.

I found him on 1881 census listed as a Tailor along with Catherines Mother ,also Catherine.

Any help would be appreciated

Does marriage certificate list his father's name and occupation?

Marriages usually take place in the bride's church but start there to see if there's a suitable baptism if the records are available online once you've parents' names.
