Weir Baptism ?
« on: Friday 17 February 17 22:49 GMT (UK) »
Hi Guys

I am hoping someone can help me track down a baptism...though not sure if I should post here or Berwickshire.

I am looking for the baptism of Elizabeth Weir.  According to the 1851 - 1891 census's she was born somewhere between 1812 - 1816 in Denholm, Cavers.
She married John Middlemiss on 13th June 1834 in Gordon, Berwickshire.  According to the marriage register she was of that parish.  Unfortunately no parents were named.

I have looked in both places but don't seem to be able to find a baptism for her.  Can anyone help ?

Thanks !

Why not download a copy of her death cert as that should show her parents names and mothers maiden name?
