Interestingly in 1851 they have an Ann Heddon  aged 18 with them - she's listed as niece b Branton, Devon so not sure if she is related on the Goss or Jones side

1841 - I think Susan Jones is in Church St, Braunton with Mary jones, 60, of independent means

next door are

Robert Heddon - 30
Mary  Heddon - 30
Hannah Heddon - 8
Ellen Heddon - 6

I'm wondering if Hannah could be Ann from 1851, especially as Robert and Mary Ann Heddon are living in Swansea from 1851 on

Actually in 1861 they are recorded on a stray page which is the end of the George Goss family - Robert is  a farm labourer, so working for George snr?

Anna Maria Heddon married a William Linebear/Limebear/Limber. They are farming Danygraig in 1881 - Robert Heddon is living with them

In 1871 Susan Goss was widowed, but part managing the farm. George Goss jnr becomes a marine engineer, so I presume Susan hands the farm on to an interested relative

My problem is that even though I can find Gosses and Heddons connected to Danygraig (even if not quite fiting to opening post), I cannot link them to Ann Goss and her father Richard.

The Danygraig Gosses firmly trace back to Devon. Richard Goss snr (ann's grandfather) is from Swansea and marries there in 1818
