There is an Edward Reeve, registered in Norwich 1862 mothers maiden name Cushing.

Added: If Henry was single 1861 then who is George age 14 in 1871?

George is Emily's son - his full name on birth index is George Edward Bakery Cracknell, so I am guessing that Emily has made an awfully big hint as to his father in his middle name. ;D
