Looking for a Rodger Dowd married a Mary Felee, had a son James born Jun 1830 Leitrim.  James left Ireland in 1852 to NY and moved to MA

James DOWD died Feb 16 1896 and death record shows details of parents as shown LINK

Irish Civil records are not available for the time period you are looking at

hallmark gave the link to Church Records as this where you can start but you would need to know the parish that James came from to do so.

bear in mind the various spelling of FELEE; i.e. Feely, Feeley, fellee, etc.
also DOWD can be spelt DOUD in some recrods

While Roger is not on Griffith's Valuation, these are. A possible starting point are the 3 Parishes where Dowds are found.....
