Hi again

Although the deaths of Thomas ANDERSON and his companion Benjamin CAMPBELL, were registered at Featherston (Wairarapa district), they were both buried at Wellington.

It seems that they also had a joint funeral service ?

Funeral notices at following link.

Thomas ANDERSON - aged 20 years - Farm Labourer

--  was buried at Karori Cemetery, Wellington on 25 June 1932.

[enter "Thomas Anderson" - year 1932 ]

There doesn't appear to be a headstone for Thomas.
[Benjamin CAMPBELL was also buried at Karori Cemetery, but in another plot. ]

Hi Lucy
Many thanks for your detailed research.
Disturbing as it is ,it solves a lot of mysteries.
By deduction only at this stage I believe the brother could be John Anderson, born 30 April 1903 in Belfast Northern Ireland.
Will start looking for possible travel details soon.
Many thanks to all who contributed

Hi all
Parents are Thomas and Jemima, and Wellbrook is a district in Kildress parish.
No middle name as Aghadowey says.
Could possibly have moved to Australia,as shown in an unconfirmed family tree on Ancestry.
Hope this helps
Curley

Jemima's name wasn't very clear on the birth certificate but the place of birth is listed as Kildress townland.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
