Maciej S. Roman (husband) and Veronica Ortowska-Roman (wife) - Cicero, IL, USA

I am trying to track down the death record of the above individuals.

Maciej S. Roman was born in Poland in 1876.  Later immigrated to Trenton, New Jersey.  Married Veronica Ortowska (born 1878 in Poland) in 1904 in Trenton.  The couple and their children moved first to Chicago and later Cicero, Illinois in 1913.

The couple had five children total:
Helen Roman (1905) - Trenton, NJ
Theodore Roman (1906) - Trenton, NJ
Mary Roman (1909) - Trenton, NJ
John Roman (1911) - Trenton, NJ
Agnes Roman (1913) - Cicero, IL

Maciej's name seemed to change constantly:

1904 - Recorded as Matthew Roman - NJ Marriage Licence
1920 - Recorded as Frank Roman - US Census - Cicero - IL
1930 - Recorded as Michael Roman - US Census - Cicerco -IL
1940 - Recorded as Michael Roman - US Census - Cicero - IL

Veronica's given name did not change over time.

Any help or suggestions would be most welcomed.

Her Social Security application says she was born 4 Oct 1908 in Trenton, NJ to Micheal Roman and Veronica Orlowska.  Her name was Mary Roman Offield as of May 1942 and Mary Jay Sulek as of Oct. 1970.

Social Security application for Agnes Virginia Roman born 1 Aug 1913 in Chicago, Illinois to Michael S. Roman and Veronica Orzel says she died 2 Jan. 2002.  Her name was listed as Agnes Roman Kramer as of July 1938.

This appears to be her with the Romans and her husband in 1940 - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KW4M-VCF

Veronica died in 1950: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2MH-J1Z9 in Cicero.

She was a widow, so you should be able to find everyone by looking at the cemetery or funeral home listed in the record.

I think this is Maciej/Michael S. Roman's death about 2 months before Veronica - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2MH-JL4T  The cemetery and funeral home match hers, and the informant may be the son Theodore D. Roman.

I'm not positive, but this seems like a possibility for Theodore's death - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:JRKF-G4H  He's on the Chicago Tribune obituary index.
