Hi, I'm a decendent of Sam Germaine who had a daughter named Anne Ann Germaine ,married name Millman, I'm her great great granddaughter, but there's no mother is she from Germany?
As she came to Australia by boat from Germany in 1849

Anseter you have two opportunities to find the name of Annie's mother. 

She married twice in New South Wales and the name of her mother should be on both those marriage certificates.  In New South Wales you are able to purchase transcriptions of certificates from three accredited agents who visit the BDM Registry.  The cost is usually around $20 and much cheaper than the certified certificate.  Information is the same.  The transcription is emailed to you.
