Just to put a spanner in the works  ??? This could be John Healey who married Lucy on the 1861 -

RG 9 Piece 2078 Folio 4 Page 2, Kidderminster.

Perhaps John was a relative of Selina's rather than her brother. To clarify the details it would be advisable to purchase John and Lucy's marriage cert.
