Wymeswold
« on: Saturday 25 February 17 19:22 GMT (UK) »
Hello

Im a brand new member

We have just brought the old bake house in wymeswold, Leicestershire and I would love to find out more information about the building.

The only lead I have is :-The bakers were Joseph Wood in East Rd. Alfred Sleath in Church St. ( Old Bake House)

Does anyone have any other ways of finding out about an old building???

Thanks in advance

Wow - thanks so much for responding....we have found bricks in the oven made by a local brick maker 1849 but I just can find anything online...not done this before so any help would be so grateful. The building is fascinating!
