Windows Phone
« on: Monday 27 February 17 10:41 GMT (UK) »
I use My EE, pay as you go, on a windows phone (Nokia). I am now getting a message saying from 13th March this app will stop working on Windows phones, but you can use My EE online instead. The app tells me my EE has not been updated since 17-2.
I can no longer access the internet on it, just comes up with a blank white screen, when I try and type an address it just pops up telling me I am in a BT hotspot with a list of prices.Outlook Express tells me there is a problem with the certificate for eas. outlook.com with an error code 80072F06.
Is the phone now obsolete?  ::)

The phone is not obsolete but EE are binning the app as a means of accessing the internet, they advise using a mobile browser instead by pinning the My EE page to the start screen
