Chris, Thank you very much, so now as I see it, Mary Ann Brindley is most likely niece of Lucy Brindley b. 1794 Cheslyn Hay, who married Daniel New in Newbury. 

Daniel New, and William Brindley were Dealers, seems how they all met up.  The Challis family seems to be connected somewhere with our New family too.

With the DNA match that I have with this lady, I feel quite confident now where she fits in the tree, she would be my 5th Cousin, but at least I know where she came from now !!.
