Daughter Catherine age 10 in 1851  - her mother's maiden name was DRYDEN, from the GRO site

I would urge you to get the certs, with full details, and not simply rely on the index. That will cost some money, but in a confusing situation like this you need them.

Annie I think we need to wait until Jennie gets some certificates for the births on this family to see what it says for the maiden name of the mother  ???
