I found the entries on Scotlands People - a search is free but you have to pay to view details of any entry. The marriage 29/11/1811 simply states Robert Pollock and 'Anne' Shaw and that 'both of this parish'. Nothing else.
A free search on baptisms revealed the 5 I mentioned but have just found 2 more, this time searching with 'phonetic matching':
Polloch - John 10/7/1813, son of Robert Polloch and Agnes Shaw
Pollock - Thomas 13/2/1815, son of Robert Pollock and Agnes Straw (believe this should be Shaw)
Pollock - Mary 29/1/1817, dau. of Robert Pollock and Agnes Shaw
Pollock - Alexander 11/2/1819, son of Robert Pollock and Agnes Shaw
Pollock - Agnes 16/10/1820, dau. of Robert Pollock and Agnes Shaw
Pollack - Catharine 19/10/1822, dau. of Robert Pollack and Ann Shaw
Pollock - Sarah Shaw 16./10/1825, dau. of Robert Pollock and Ann Shaw.
So, when marrying Robert Pollock she was 'Anne' Shaw. first 5 baptisms show her as Agnes and last 2 as Ann. Nothing unusual really - a frequent occurrence in Scottish records.
Afraid no other details from the baptisms, just the bare facts.
None of the family seem to be in Irvine on 1841 census so perhaps the whole family moved to Lanarkshire before 1841.
Certainly, Alexander married there and it looks like his sister Mary married a Hugh Bunten 7/12/1847 Barony, Lanarkshire and in 1851 census they have 2 children, Agnes 2 and James 11mos as well as Mary's sister Sarah Pollock. (ages couple of years adrift).
Sarah Pollock married a Donald Brock 1/6/1855 Blythswood, Glasgow and 1861 they have a niece Agnas Bunten living with them. Looking at SP deaths it looks like Hugh Bunten died 1859 Blythswood which could explain why his daughter Agnes living with his maternal aunt in 1861. He and Mary had at least 2 more children, William 6/9/1855 Govan and Hugh 24/3/1858 Blythswood. Aside from Agnes I cannot find either her mother or siblings in 1851.
If the whole family moved to Lanarkshire it's possible Robert and Agnes died there. Who knows? Unfortunately, burials on SP before civil registration in 1855 are few and far between.
