Evangeline Johnson b. 1911

Evangeline Johnson was an adopted daughter to Dominicus and Julianna Johnson. She was 18 in 1930.

Same year she is also registrated in Home for Girls in Chicago.
I believe it must be her registrated as Elsie E. Wilkinson in 1974, Elsie E. Geisler 1975 and died in Forest Park 1992. Any verification or further information to this?

Where did those names and dates come from? is no birth date listed?
