Looking at the Leicestershire records now available at FindMyPast, the only entries for Randolph Newton are burials:

5 March 1728 and 19 January 1779 - no further information on either - location is All Saints, Loughborough.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

I presume this is his Sons Marriage?

4 April 1699, All Saints, Loughborough, Leicester, England
Randolph NEWTON to An HUTHWELL

Given married 1699 this looks likely;
RANDOLPH Newton Christened 30 May 1667 All Saints to RANDOLPH/MARY

So your are looking for the Randolph who was married to Mary?

Just looking for him on Familysearch.Org
There are Randolf/Randulphus/Randolphe/Randolphum etc Newtons in Cheshire. Derbyshire, Huntindonshire 1580 onwards.

No wonder I couldn't find the 1667 baptism - the entry reads:

Randalf, son of Mr Randalf Nuton and of Mary his wife.

As other baptisms do not specify "Mr", perhaps this means that Randalf was a member of the "upper classes"
