Brothers John and James Kelly Ireland to Scotland

I am hoping somebody can point me in the right direction I am searching for brothers John and James Kelly family for my cousins husband He doesn't know a lot but what we do know is

John according to his Scottish marriage in 1937 was born about 1904 to parents James Kelly and Mary Ann Mackin James was deceased Mary still living James died sometime between 1930 and 37 his occupation was a farmer I have been told the family came from Balingry ? Ireland but can find no such place

James was born about 1902 and his father and mother are both still living although I can't read her surname which looks different to Mackin

Thank you usually not to bad at reading names but this had me stumped as clearly Mackin on his brothers cert and best I could come up with was Mc?ially

Looks like Ballingarry, but which one.....
2 in Tipperary and 1 in Limerick.

searching by Kelly and Ballingarry in the 1911 census with the info on James and John I found this............
