Marriage look up for Mount

Hi is there anyone who could do a look up for me for a marriage of Ronald Walter Mount. He died in Queensland in 1986 and I wondered if he ever remarried. He came from England around 1960 as a married man but was divorced around 1968/69. Not sure what state he would have been living in but it was Melbourne he lived when he emigrated from England.

Hi Moira (popping up again  ) I don't have a world sub for ancestry, however what bit I can see does not show a marriage for him, there is a death registration tho' for 1987 in Queensland, although if his death occurred in late December 1986 it may not have been registered until early 1987.

I'm sure someone will be along and let you know more details

Thanks frank, this is my ex father in law, we have been looking for him for years and when we eventually found him he had died. His death has just become historic so I am able to send for his cert because before this it had to be his son or daughter or close relative and they had to send all sorts of identity papers. Hopefully it will have something on it about a marriage or spouse.

They are both interred at Gordonvale Cemetery.  According to the website he was buried on 12 Nov 1987.

i am looking for a death notice for a Ronald Walter Mount died 30th August 1987 supposedly, but according to info he wasn't buried until 12/11/1987 ?
He is buried in Gordonvale cemetery, Gordonvale plot 944, also his wife i believe, Dorothy Ada Mount 12/09/1986, i think this was her death or buriel date, they are both in the same plot. Ronalds death was listed as Leichardt, not sure how far that is from Gordonvale. Any info you can give me would be lovely.

You obviously had most of this information in 2012 however they are not interred in the same plot and he did die on 30 Aug 1987 and was buried on 12 Nov 1987.  You can search using a dod on Qld BDM.

NSW marriage index, as of today, extends to 2 Mar 1967.

Information about their marriage would have been available last year on Dorothy's death certificate.  Wonder if the father's surname is correct
