From the witnesses of the marriage Robert Overbury, Robert Overbury Jr., Miss Overbury.
I think Robert Overbury the elder is her father. They married by license have you seen the application?

Added: okay found it, no additional information except it was Mary who applied for the license, its usually the groom.

Richard Tallemach the elder of Serle Street  left a will written 14 December 1815, probated 17 January 1817.
Dear wife Mary and son Richard are executors, 4 daughters but no names given and son William who is in the East Indies.

This following is his father:
Richard Tallemach of Petersham Surrey written 2 November 1772, with codicil written 13 June 1776
probated 9 July 1776
sons William, Thomas, John, Richard.
son John gets a bible belonging to his late wife given to her by her father Thomas Birkford, so now we have her maiden name.
He was a wealthy man, money silver spoons land etc.
Son Richard named as executor.

William son of Richard and Mary dies after 5 January 1818 in Bengal. He was captain of the Artillery
of the Bengal Establishment.
His will written 5 January 1818, leaves everything to his mother Mary, after her decease to brother Richard, if he should die then divided between his sisters Marie, Ann and Sophia, states he has a forth sister but she is married and has been provided for.
Probate 28 September 1818 PCC Wills.

His military record will give his actual date of death.

The married sister Elizabeth?, so Marie is Henrietta Marie? from burials posted by trish1120

ADDED William's will comes up again 10 January 1820. His mother Mary apparently was still taking care of probate when she too died, so the probate was transferred to Richard his brother.

Mary Tallemach widow of Richard address Serle Street, wrote her will 2 August 1818, probated 28 September 1819.
She refers to her late husbands will by name Richard, and by this date she knows her son William is dead and has left her his property. mentions son Richard and unmarried daughters Marie, Ann and Sophia plus married daughter Eliza Taylor.

William Tallemach of Kingston upon Thames ( son of Richard who died 1776.)
His probate is 9 January 1810 he was a stonemason, he mentions his brother Thomas, brother Richard and his late brother John.

John Tallemach dies 10 November 1810 probate 4 March 1801,he was a carpenter, mentions wife Elizabeth and late Aunt Elta ? Clark he wrote it 20 August 1798 and says children that may be living no names. (he is son of Richard died 1776)

I'll see if I can find the aunts will
