Henrietta Maria Tallemach wrote her will 18 June 1822 proved 17 March 1823, of Serle Street, Lincolns Inn, Surrey. Mentions brother Richard, sisters Ann and Sophia.

Ann Tallemach of Park Cottage, Robyn Hood Surrey, wrote her will 3 May 1851 proved 9 October 1853. Mentions sister Eliza Taylor wife of Thomas Taylor of Westfield and her nieces Eliza, Mary and Margaret Taylor, her sister Sophia.

Sophia Tallemach wrote her will 6 September 1853, proved 14 November 1853. Mentions brother Richard, sister Eliza Taylor, nieces Eliza, Mary and Margaret Taylor and Julia Hortley? (you have Hockley) my interpretation anyway Julia is the wife of Julius H? an officer in the East India Company.

Missing is Richard 1738-1816 brother Thomas' death and possible will.
For parents we need Richard Tallemach who married a ? Birkford whose father is Thomas Birkford.

All the wills mentioned are PCC wills on ancestry.

I know that Julia Taylor (dau. of Elizabeth Tallemache and Thomas Taylor) did marry Julius Joseph Hockley in India - they were my Grandmothers Grandparents. Julia had 6 children, all born in India. She died about 1857 in India and Julius married Emma Annie Mary Darby in 1860 in Wallingford, Berkshire, England and had 7 children - the first four born in India and the last three in England (Oxford and Surrey). Emma died in 1914 and Julius died 1884 both in Devonshire, England.

The Hockley family came from around the Surrey area - Godalming, Puttenham, Guildford.

Any information on Mary Overbury and her family?

Will of Mary Overbury of Laurence Pountney (London) written 19 December 1783
Mary states she is the widow of Robert Overbury, mentions dear daughter Arabella who has been provided for by her husband estate, Arabella being unable to care for her own affairs.
Dear daughter MARY TELLAMACH w/o Richard Tellamach of Kingston Surrey.
Daughter Sarah Lewis w/o Robert Lewis of Laurence Pountney, occupation cooper
Executor daughter Mary Tellamach who is also to manage the affairs of Arabella.
Proved 9 December 1785 PCC Wills.

So parents of Mary Overbury are Robert and Mary Overbury.

Will of Robert Overbury of Shoe Lane, London Wine Merchant.
mentions daughter Mary Overbury now MARY TALLEMACH w/o Richard Tallemach of Kingston.
When they married he agreed to give Mary 500 pounds and 1/5 of his estate, as he has already given the money, that amount to be deducted from her 1/5 share.
***Mentions property inherited from Thomas Overbury deceased.(possible father or other near relative)
Wife Mary Overbury, son Joseph, son Robert daughters Arabella and Sarah.
Memorandum dated 7 October 1783, daughter SARAH Overbury now married to Robert LEWIS her share to go to her and not her spouse.
Executors are John Cole of London Tobacconist and Jacob Hodgkinson of Harrow Hill Apothecary

Second proof of parentage of Mary Overbury is Robert and Mary.

There is a will of Thomas Overbury proved 13 September 1756, mentions nephew Robert Overbury of Oxford, Inn keeper, sister Elizabeth Simpson, nephew Simon Badger, sons of Overbury Badger late of Banbury Oxford. Wife Arabella.
notes his wife Arabella Overbury's will was proven 3 March 1769 she was a very rich woman, left everything to children/grandchildren of Elizabeth Simpson.(she was her sister in law)

My point if this Robert Overbury of Oxford is the Robert Overbury father of Mary then this is how the property he mentions gets to him. Or it could be another relative.

At this time I have only paraphrased the wills you should get copies they are all on ancestry so you can follow the property trail from Thomas to Robert. Many of the wills are long and detailed.

ADDED: omitted that Thomas Overbury was of Shoe Lane London, Wine Merchant.
Will of 1756.
Robert Overbury was of Shoe Lane London, Wine Merchant  will of 1783.
