They married at Worcester St John the Baptist Bedwardine, 8th February 1807

http://www.worcesterbmsgh.co.uk/parish/worcester-st-john-the-baptist-bedwardine

From the census entries it appears he was born in the City of Worcester, whilst his wife was born circa 1783, 'Worcestershire, N K'. The closest match for her baptism is at Longdon near the border with Gloucestershire. She was baptised 3 November 1783 to Robert & Sarah Higgins.

Transcriptions by William Good:

Andrews baptised at Worcester include Walker, New, Child, Blyth, or Fenn. It's worth considering that he had adopted a step-father's name for the remainder of his life, but been baptised under a surname other than Evans.

also Jubilee Weaver married Sarah Evans, 17th April 1832, at Worcester St Michael Bedwardine and were living together with Andrew and Susanna Evans on the 1841 census.

A daughter Sarah Ann Weaver married Samuel Smith, 12th August 1861, at Worcester St Peter the Great.
