You may find him on the PROV Unassisted Assisted Passenger lists arriving between 1871 and 1887:

https://www.prov.vic.gov.au/explore-collection/explore-topic/passenger-records-and-immigration/unassisted-passenger-lists

Unfortunately, the PROV have changed the search function and it is harder to narrow down the search specifically to "Charles Clarke".

If you have his death certificate it may give you an indication of how long he had been in Australia.

seeing this Charles Clarke was born in 1849, is there any record of him marry before he came to Australian and left wife behind as he married in Victoria in 1878, this would have made him 28 , so have a funny feeling that he could have seeing that he had two wifes and a de facto each having been with about 11 years

I would think Anna & Hannah are the same person. They sound the same with an accent  ;D The address on the baptism ties in with the 1891 census  ;D

Elizabeth Mabel Clarke
mmn  WILSON
1872  Dec Quarter
CHELSEA  Volume 01A  Page 288

Births in Battersea area surname Clarke mmn Wilson

Walter Edward CLARKE
mmn WILSON
1874  Sept Quarter
WANDSWORTH  Volume 01D  Page 538
Don't know what happened to him  ::)

Walter CLARKE
mmn WILSON
1881  Sept Quarter
WANDSWORTH  Volume 01D  Page 696
That baptism appears to have birth date wrong by one year
