The next meeting on the SGS Syllabus will be on Monday, 20 March when we will have a talk by Mr James Waugh entitled “Mining & Lime Quarrying in the Carlops Area”. As usual, the meeting will take place at the Augustine United Church Centre, 41 George IV Bridge, Edinburgh and starts at 7.30pm. Tea & coffee will be served afterwards. Entry for members is free and non-members are welcome for a small donation.
