The notice came up for me a few days ago but it was only up for a short while.  As someone else has said, clearing the cache (not cookies) might sort it. In Firefox:

I do get a message saying "Record information not available. Please try again later!.
But if I just wait a few seconds, the record comes up.

I get that message often but as you say if you wait a few seconds it comes up.

I'm using Goggle Chrome. Doesn't seem to be a Problem now - Hopefully!
