Photo attachment

Having problems trying to add photo to file, tried twice but get the following message.

Sorry! There is already an attachment with the same filename as the one you tried to upload. Please rename the file and try again.
 How do i do the above.

Right click on the photo and you can change the title in properties, just put todays date i.e. 09032017

Thanks to stanmapstone for the explanation,wil try.

When you re-post the photo...just click once...if you double click it will appear that the photo has already been attached and you will get an error message saying the file already exists.
