Details of Inquest in 1967

Could anyone find any newspaper reports regarding the death (or inquest if there was one) of a Dorothy Tye?

Her death is registered in June Quarter 1967 in Surrey Northern.  She would have been 24 and family story said she either fell accidentally in front of a train or threw herself in front of a train.

I am going to get her death certificate but just wondered if there were any newspaper reports for example
