I've looked at some today. I'm not in the UK or USA.
Although it does come up with a box that says 'Viewable at a family history center", I found that if you sign in (with your own free account), the images will in fact load.
Quite odd - but I'm not complaining! 
This was written on April 17th on the topic before it was merged with your new post, that's why I said it was still the same today.
Anyway, the good news is that you CAN view the Derbyshire registers they hold.
Unfortunately not all parishes - yet?
