Can you be a bit more specific about dates?  Was Daisy a daughter of George and Clara?

Do you have any of them in any census, and/or a marriage for Daisy?

George and Clara's children were as follows:

Ellen birth Jun.84 Hendon, died 1884
George William birth Jun.1886 Hendon
John Edward birth Sept.1888 Hendon
Kathleen Mary Mar.1891 Hendon, died 1892
Daisy Amelia Sept.1893 Hendon
Rosina Annie Mar.1896 Hendon
Jane Elizabeth Dec.1898
Albert James Jun.1901

GRO site confirms mothers maiden name for all was Wells (details of the marriage already given).

However, according to census George (born circa 1858 Bushey) was the son of another George Dobson and wife Mary Ann.

Checking against births/baptisms although known as George William his birth and baptism actually recorded as William George Dobson (Dec.1858 Watford) and baptised 31/10/1858 Bushey, son of George Dobson and Mary Ann Theed.   This couple married 31/8/1857 Bushey - he son of George, she dau. of Joseph).

Census shows George was bc.1832 Leeds, Yorkshire.

I suspect she's illegitimate, given sarah is unmarried on 1881 and living with her mother, also Wells. There's a birth registration with no mmn that fits in Watford in 1863, which usual means mother is unmarried. Unless you are lucky enough to find some claim for maintenance or similar, finding the father might be difficult
