Churches in Suffolk/Essex

dear all,
at last I will be hoping over to England from Holland to see the places where my Rogers ancestors lived in Essex and Suffolk. I will be based in Halstead and plan to visit Sudbury, Bocking, Braintree and Coggeshall, and view the Churches and graveyards there.
Can anyone please recommend any of the villages in this general area that may be possibly interesting for me ? Churches and graveyards I shouldn't miss while I am visiting ?

If you have a list of your family addresses why don't you visit churches within so many miles radius of where you think your families  lived, there are so many nice churches in Essex and Suffolk
