Henry married Jane Green 18/10/1789 Winterslow. I have Henry as Alderbury Union 1841 aged 80 possibly died Wilton Dec. 1844  but have found a death for Jane Yeats Sept. 1850. please can anyone tell me if she was on the 1841 census. Thanks.

Do you know how old she would have been (roughly) in 1841?

Added - the Jane who died in 1850 was 78

the Henry who died in 1844 was 30 per GRO death search index
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

1841 - presume this is the one you already have for Henry

Henry Yeats 80
Jane 55 - could be 65
Stephen 35
Alexander 18
Mary 5
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

thank you both for your help.  I have found a Christening 12/10/1772 Southbroom, Devizes, for a Jane Green father Anthony mother Sarah. this would make Jane 78 if she died in1850. the 1841 census is the correct family making Janes age was lowered to 65 from 68/69. I was obviously way out with a death for Henry Yeats.

There's a Henry death with surname spelt "Yates" in Tisbury Union Mar 1844 age 82 which is more accurate age wise.

Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

Yes I agree that 1847 Alderbury is more likely as they seem to have spent all their married years in Winterslow. Thanks very much for that.
