Hi,

do you know where benjamin bootman is buried

The Suffolk Burial Index (ex SFHS) has this burial;
23-11-1891 Benjamin Bootman (69) of Brome, buried Brome St.Mary.
Does this tie in?

Alan
Browse, Peggs, Revans/Revance/Ribbans, Spall,   in Suffolk/Norfolk
Belcher, Elderfield, Froude, Saunders,  Stimson, Tame,   in Berks
Artis, Gray in Norfolk

That burial  looks promising Alan as
Benjamin Bootman age 69 was living at 16 Church Road Brome Suffolk  (1891 census)
with his wife Rebecca and their son George, his widow Rebecca still living at that address
1901/11 and looks as if she died age 81 Mar qtr. 1915

thanks that seems to be the right benjamin bootman. the address of church street cottage no longer exists, and the grave stones were not readable but the church of st marys seems probable. how do you access suffolk burial records? Are any of you related to the Bootmans??
