Don't panic  :)  There's been a lot of new information found for you in a short space of time so it's probably difficult to process it all. Information sent by PM can only be read by the recipient but if you post on a thread everyone can read it then try to help. So, the information in the PM you sent me yesterday about Mina Baillie could go on this thread about Mary Ann as you are wondering if she was Mary Ann's sister.

You said she was living with Alexander & Mary Ann (Baillie) Boyles early 1900 in Belfast and married an Albert Majury. What's the source for this?

I can't see a marriage for them in Ireland- do you think they could have gotten married in Scotland?
I also haven't found them yet in 1901 or 1911 Irish census (Mina could be a nickname).

Added- searching for Albert Majury on Scotland's People shows no results
Another name would be Minnie but I just thought that was a nickname for Mina.  Thank you for your great help.

It is really important that you post what you do know on the appropriate thread rather than sending details by PM so that everyone has a chance to help.

Here is an incomplete Baillie family tree which will give you something to continue from. Online resources such as GRONI, directories, Irish Genealogy, etc. will allow you to add to the information here.

Samuel Heenan Baillie (c1851 Belfast-aft.1911), linen lapper, m.1 (1872 Belfast) Mary Ann Coulter (c1855); m.2 (1896) Anna (Thompson) Watson (c1861 Belfast-aft.1911)

Upon entering the data for the birth of David Baillie b) April 22, 1890, son of Samuel Heenan Baillie and Mary Ann Baillie, formerly "Copeland".  This name is different from all the other births for the family of Samuel and Mary Ann b) 1855, formerly Coulter.  My guess is that her mother was a "Copeland".  In those days often the mother's name was a second entry to the child, then the surname Coulter.  Is there any way one can find the mother of Mary Ann by using Copeland and her husband surname Coulter to finally find them and where their marriage took place.   Any help would be appreciated.

www.familysearch.org - put in Coulter for surname, Ireland for any place and Copeland for spouse's surname.

However, no guarantee that these are related to Mary Ann Baillie
