1810 reference to the "High Road from Broughshane to the Glens". Is this the Cushendall Road?

Go to Google Maps, type in Broughshane, look for Tullymore Road to the east of the village, follow that road, it changes to Glens Brae Road and will eventually bring you onto the Glenravel Road to the west side of Cargan. If you go through Cargan you will eventually come to Cushendall or Cushendun. Look at the map again in Google Earth to let you see the terrain of the area.

Thanks for the reply. So what you are saying is that the Tullymore/Glens Brae Road would in fact be the old "High Road" from Broughshane to the Glens? That would make sense to me as the Cushendall Road originates in Ballymena from what I can see on various maps.
