Does anyone know heating engineers firms in Rugby that would have been in business in 1937?
Or where I can find out please?
Johnson, Crankshaw, Burdett, Shaw, Dawson/Dulson, Whitebread/Whitbread, Drane, Hyett, Holtaway, Thompson, Bodell, Livermore, Gee, Vernon, Smith......the list goes on....and on...and on....

Have you tried putting a letter in a local newspaper, or a facebook group such as

I would start by looking at all/any advertised and research each from there either by phoning them and/or looking on their websites to see if they advertise how long ago the company was formed https://www.yell.com/s/heating+engineers-rugby.html
