Can anyone decipher this?

It's on the back of a photograph of a person.

I'm not sure if it's an address (S. Pessett (?) ____), or the subject's name.

I'd say it is a person: S Perrett

Looks like maybe 'Photo' then Company underneath, but that doesn't really make sense!

Hi and welcome to RootsChat....agree with what has been suggested...can you tell us what the photo is of. I don't think this was written by the photographer though.

There was a Samuel Perrett listed as a Sussex artist-photographer in the Hastings & St Leonards area between 1885 and 1899. You have to scroll down on the link:
