I have looked for Robert and Mary's children in the Censuses and Benjamin doesn't appear at all. However Henry and Richard do.

Henry joined the Royal Navy as a Stoker and married Sophia Gulley Jun 1860 Stoke Damerel 5b 642

Richard was an Ag Lab and married Maria Frid Mar 1853 Milton 2a 745

Re the previous post about a Richard Judd being transported in 1836 (which would fit with the fact that he cannot be found in the 1841 and 1851 Censuses) it begs the question who was the father of Frances born c1847.

It does indeed. The only transcripts I can find for the baptism give the mother's name only and no father :

I can't find Mary in any Census after 1851 so this looks like her death.

I found a Matthew Judd married Esther Borer 23 Mar 1802 Otham. The following baptisms are listed on familysearch.org :

Thomas 9 Sep 1804 Otham , Matthew & Esther
Frances 1 Sep 1813   "             "              "
Mary 10 Oct 1816
Esther 13 Jan 1803
William 8 May 1808
Henry 14 Dec 1819
all of the above specify Otham , but this one just says Kent :
