Tracking Down Edmund William Langdon Lingard in 1851 Census

Can't seem to find my 3rd Great Grand pappy Edmund William Langdon Lingard in the 1851 census. I have him in all other relevant censuses. As far as I know he has no children by 1851.

Here is what I know about him...

Born 13th Feb 1826 in Westminster (bapt 21st may 1826).
1841 Census living in Cavendish Square.
October-December 1850 Marries my third Great Grandmother Frances Emily Sly in St Martin in the fields.
1852 Birth of Daur Emily M Lingard, Walworth.
Death 8th May 1886, Camberwell.
His occupation for most of his life was a Grainer/Decorator.

Hi the transcribed Edmund ENGLAND 25 occ Grainer with wife Frances 22 at York Road, Newington?
