I wonder if anyone can tell me if these Hannahs are the same person.

The Hannah chr in Lapworth would have only been 16 at the time of the marriage. So, was the HAnnah at the Birmingham marriage described as a "minor".
Who were the witnesses at the marriage? Did any of the names tie up with any rellies of the other Hannah? (remembering sisters may have already married and changed their names)
I don't think anyone will just be able to tell you if these Hannahs are the same person. It will take time researching each of them to see if anything comes to light to either rule it out, or to add evidence that they are the same.

I got the information from familysearch and unfortunately don't have further information,  but thank you anyway for replying.

The marriage does not state her age but at the time of her marriage just that she is a spinster, her abode was the parish of St Martin, Birmingham.  One of the witnesses was a Sarah Kendall - I would have probably expected it to be one of her parents if she was only 16

Hannah Groutage nee Kendall died in 1774 after having given birth to 3 children from 1769-72.
Doubt someone born 1754.
