Norway birth Reinhart Olausen

Looking for the parents and birth entry of Reinhart Olausen "Olansen" born Norway 1873, he married a G/G Aunt, Love Bishop in Newport Monmouthshire 1899 any help appreciated

I see in the 1901 census and the marriage registration that he uses a first name of Ole. So there is this baptism but the only way to be sure is to get the marriage certificate.

I agree with crisane. You will be needing the marriage certificate to be sure. I have though located crisane's Ole Olausen in Norway if he is your Ole.
Also, note that many families followed the patronymic system, so his father's christian name could well have been Olaus too.

There are three quite similar places in Buskerud: Gol, Hole and Hol!

I think there was a remark on Ole's birth that they were granted permission to use the family name "Hodt".
