RAF Coningsby birth
« on: Monday 27 March 17 03:35 BST (UK) »
Is there anyone out there who can decipher what the following means on a birth certificate of 1954?

13 AMQ 92 RAF STATION CONINGSBY RD

It's entered as the place of birth. Obviously, RAF Coningsby is the base in Lincolnshire, but what does the 13 AMQ 92 or the RD mean?

Thank you for any help.

It's presumably an address on the base. I would think that AMQ stands for Airmen's Married Quarters.

Yes, I thought that too, but I wondered if there was any clue to a squadron, but 149 Squadron were there at the time.
