Are you sure Hannah was from the same family?

Births September qtr 1921
Samuel A Ireland mmn = Fisher    Holbeck 9b 974

But if she was born 1917/1918 there is no match on freebmd

No burials found at Harehills for Samuel or Hannah

You say that Albert Edward Ireland was the father of your late grandmother as well as of the 2 deceased children.  From his age at death he was born 1871/72

There is no marriage between an Albert Edward or just Edward Ireland and a female Fisher.

What was your grandmothers name and date of birth?

Its really complicated my grandmothers parents were never married i don,t think 3 of the 4 children were called Ireland but my grandmother was the youngest and her name was Ireland hedges , Hedges being her mums first husbands surname who died in 1913 and made her a widow .Have i lost you yet  :)

I'm just going to lie down in a darkened room ;D

As your post is really to find the burial of the children and you now have the quarter and year  from freebmd I would be inclined to give Harehills a ring and see if they can trace them from that info.  Give them Albert Edwards burial date in case the children are in the same grave

I wonder if Hannah's birth is registered under a different surname?

If mum was Fisher and married Hedges then re-married to AN Other - children born to the  A N Other marriage would show mmn as Fisher
