Hi can anyone tell me if i can get my late fathers miltary records .He was in the Highland Light Infantry from 1920 to ???? any help much appreciated

Yes you can. As he served after 1920 his records will be with the MOD but you/he can get them.
If your father is still alive he can apply for them FOC if it's you, you will need to provide a death cert. & £30.
