Burials Sites in Newport Monmouthshire

Hello everyone

I am seeking to find the grave of Mary Thackwell of Newport who died in 1850 from her death certificate I have her these details,

"Death certificate 6 Aug 1850 Mary wife of Joseph Thackwell a shipwright Certified Enteritis mark of Maria Jones present at death Canal Parade Newport  "

I have checked St Woollas Parish Registers some time ago  and also the details about the local cemetery but this opened later than this date. Would anyone know where else to look please ?
