Anne Alsham? Died 1816. Brighton?

I found this mysterious gravestone in St Peter's Churchyard, Preston Park, Brighton.  It only gives her name and the date 1816.  Have I deciphered the name correctly, can anyone else see something else there?  Does anyone know who she was, or anything at all about her?

She is not part of my own ancestry, I am just very curious who she was.

Anne Nesham aged 50 buried 29.6.1816 St Peters Preston

Perhaps the original parish register entry may have additional info

Could be Mesham.  This is from FS just to demonstrate the name

Martha Mesham Christening Date    20 Jan 1768 St Peter-the- Great, Chichester
Father's Name    Henry Mesham
Mother's Name    Diana

It may be best checking the original parish register entry to determine the correct spelling
