Did your Charles die Feb. 21, 1889 Steeple Barton West Oxfordshire District Oxfordshire, England?

Charles was born to parents William Collins Sr. 1764-1818 and Elizabeth Godfrey
Charles wed Ann Beesley Kilbee on July 30, 1822

William married Elizabeth Godfrey at St. Alban's church (also in Oxford) on January 7 1796.
Unfortunately, we only have Elizabeth's name and no dates either of her birth or death.
