That's very kind of you Carol  :)

Good work from you and Josey.

It only cost just over a £1,not much in the scheme of things and it helped enormously,by what I'm reading here now.Well done guys and gals  ;D

The only thing that I did not mention when I posted the cropped image was that Agnes was a yarn factory worker.

Carol

Oranges,do you know if this Sue (Susan) sister of Agnes was older or younger than her.
What happened to her,did she remain in Glasgow, marry,or stay single.
Do you know when/where she died?

She was younger, and I believe she stayed in Glasgow, it has been passed down that she had six sons so I assume she was married if that's correct, but now there appears to be a step sister on my grandfathers side it may well be she was the one with six sons.

Thanks

1881 transcription Address:   35 Boden St. Bridgeton; Parish: Glasgow Barony; ED: 86; Page: 9; Line: 21

Arthur O Donnell   37 Brick Layers Labourer
Ann O Donnell   34 b Ireland
John O Donnell   9 b do
May O Donnell   8 b do
Francis O Donnell   5 b Glasgow
Margaret O Donnell   3 b Glasgow
Patrick O Donnell   6 Mo b Glasgow

so the family were in Bridgeton at least from 1881 - 1891. I already found Bridget 1885 Bridgeton & Agnes 1887 Bridgeton see reply #30. Suggest Oranges looks on SP free index for registrations of Francis ca 1875, Margaret [Maggie] ca 1877, Patrick ca 1879, Ann ca 1882 to check that the family registered all their births.

Although Agnes gives her age as being born in 1889, I suspect the 1887 Agnes is her & it would be worth getting this birth certificate to confirm or eliminate.
