Settlement mentioned in 1600s Will

I have never encountered a settlement before, so this is really exciting :)

I can make out some bits of it, but not most of it.

Any help in translating these snippets would be deeply appreciated :)

Thomas Bushell of Cleeve in the Countie of Worc(este)r Gent, and Michaell Rutter of Quinto(n)
in the County of Glouc(este)r gent divers goodes, Cattell, houshould stuffe, bookes Plate and
Jewells menc(i)oned in a schedule to the said deed annexed And for that my Care and

lue = lieu

I suspect that the interlined iust [= just] is meant to be between my and debtes.

... aforesaid duly p(er)formed I doe therefore by this my last will and Testament give and devise
all the debts to me owinge, and all and singuler my goods, Cattells, and Chattles, not
graunted by the said Deed or menc(i)oned in the said schedule thereunto annexed to the said
Thomas Bushell and Michaell Rutter whom I name make and ordeyne the sole Executo(r)s
of this my last will and Testament intreating them according to the trust in them reposed
to see my debts satisfied and the intent exp(re)ssed in the said Deed to be p(er)formed  Lastlie I
request my loveinge brother Corbett Bushell Esq(uire), my loveing Cosen Mr John Norton

and my loveinge freind Mr Thomas Fawcett to undertake the Office of Overseers of
this my said Testament  In Witnes whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and seale the
