Ethel & Olive Sarah Keely b 9 Feb 1889 & 18 Nov 1896 Simcoe, Ontario

The above 2 sisters were born to George A Keely and Bertha Mary nee Culham; George d 20 Dec 1903 in Simcoe but Bertha d 1953 in Calgary.
Olive appears on the 1916 Alberta census with her mother at Taber, Lethbridge but after that disappears.
Ethel was on the 1901 Canada census with the family but disappears after that. Some trees on Ancestry have her as married to John Uriah Barkey but I think they're barking up the wrong tree!?

Vera Gertrude Barkey  18 Sep 1905 York, Ontario
John Uriah Barkey and Ethel G Kelly

The marriage and 1911 census have Ethel born 1882/3 so older than your Ethel - unless they fibbed on the marriage of course.

Yes and Mrs Barkey was aged 35 on the 1921 census so I don't think she is the correct one, in any case she was married under a different surname than Keely or Keeley.

On the 1921 census Olive and Bertha are still in Taber. Listed on A*try as HEELEY. Olive has been transcribed as Eline HEELEY.

Death - Bertha Mary Keeley - mentions Mrs Olive S McLeod of Calgary.
