The one on the 1906 passenger list looks like his surname was Lucardi.  There is a Pietro Lucardi who looks to be around the same age who died in California in 1918, who might be a possibility - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QK91-17GS

1910 census: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MVL1-5HK

The San Francisco city directory from 1913 has Lusardi, Peter, waiter, resides 9 Park, who may be the same guy.

The 1917 Stockton, California city directory has a Peter Lusardi, chef, resides 42 S. Am.  Not sure if he's the same guy who was in San Francisco, but maybe.
